INGREDIENTS

  • 1 1/2 cup oat flour 

  • 1/2 cup protein powder 

  • 1 tsp baking soda

  • 3/4 tsp baking powder

  • 3/4 tsp salt

  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

  • 2 cups mashed overripe banana (about 3 bananas)

  • 1/2 cup honey

  • 1/3 cup water

  • 2 tsp vanilla extract

  • sprinkle in chocolate chips + slivered almonds (optional)

    METHOD

    1. Preheat the oven at 350°. Place a piece of parchment paper at the bottom of a medium sized baking pan. 

    2. Mix all the ingredients together thoroughly in a large bowl. 

    3. Pour the mixed ingredients into the baking pan.

    4. Bake for approximately 40 minutes.

    5. Turn off the oven, but leave the bread in there for an additional 3 minutes to finish cooking the inside. Take it out.

    6. Let it cool for 15 minutes before slicing. Serve up and enjoy! Best served with warm, slab of butter and a glass of milk.
