Embarking on my own nutrition journey sparked a genuine passion for supporting both women and men in achieving their health goals while living a purpose-driven life through sustainable daily habits.

It all started to make sense when I began paying closer attention to how my body reacted to different foods. Despite leading an active lifestyle, I hadn't fully grasped the profound impact food choices could have on my overall well-being. Once I started noticing how certain foods made me feel, everything changed.

This realization led me to pursue a major in Exercise Science with a focus on Health and Wellness, along with getting certified in nutrition through Working Against Gravity. Inspired by my own journey, I ventured into coaching and established my own venture, Eat With Purpose, LLC, where I support others toward living a life with more purpose through their health and wellness.

FUN FACTS ABOUT ME

I’ve always loved being in the water. I grew up a competitive swimmer, ran cross country and played water polo in high school, but swimming has always brought a sense of peace in my life.

While my roots will always be in California, North Carolina is where I live now with my husband and pup. I get the best from the west to the east coast! 

If dinner plans were up to me, we’d be going to get Mexican food every time. You can’t beat authentic chips and guac. 

I don’t go a day without something sweet! Chocolate chips are a staple in my diet!

You can most likely find me at a local coffee shop, on a walk with Kai, lifting weights with Micah or somewhere in the sunshine.
